Delivery Policy

GENERAL GUIDELINES
Please complete all fields possible. The phone number is mandatory. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Please avoid to use an address where you know the recipient will be abscent most of the day. If the recipient is not at the address when we deliver, we will leave the flowers and gifts to someone at the address who is related with recipient.

In general, delivery charge are included in the item price, or indicated in the checkout procesure if it is applicable. In minor cases that there is extra delivery charge other than what is indicated, our sales consultant would contact you beforehand and you have the right to cancel the order.

All cakes should be ordered at least one day in advance. Same day order may be available but we may have to substitute with similiar one based on equal or great value principle.

We will send you email and mark your order status at our website to confirm delivery. The time of delivery confirmation should be send within the delivery date in most cases though it might be delayed in high seasons.

There is huge orders during high seasons like Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Christmas. Please order at least 3-5 days before delivery. We keep the right to reschedule the delivery date but guarantee to deliver before holidays. if orders accepted before the cut-off time. After cut-off time orders will be delivered at the first time available.

If an order going to a hospital or large office complex, please include the following information if possible, in your order: Recipients First and Last Name, Company or Hospital Name, Full Street Address, Floor Number and Room or Suite Number. We strongly suggest contacting the Company or Hospital to find out their policy on deliveries. For example, most courier deliveries are required to go to the shipping and receiving department as the courier does not have permission to deliver directly to the recipient. When sending to a hospital, please ensure the patient will not be discharged from the hospital prior to or on the day of the flower delivery. When sending to a company please ensure the recipient is working on the day of delivery.

If an order going to an appartment building, please be sure the apartment number is included in the address. Any omissions or errors may delay the delivery and/or incur more delivery charge. As most apartment buildings are secure, the delivery person will have to buzz the proper apartment to notify the recipient there is a delivery. The delivery policy to apartment buildings in general is that there must be someone at the apartment to successfully complete delivery.
Russia delivery policy
1. delivery method & Charges: Fresh flowers are delivered by a local florist with the delivery charge from $0 or $45 depending the location.

2. delivery time: 9am-18pm. We do not guarantee a specific delivery time during a day, however, we will try our best to deliver at your preferred delivery time(AM or PM).

3. Delivery date: From Monday to Saterday. No delivery at Sunday and public Holidays.

4. Same day delivery: same day delivery available. Cut-off time: 10AM local time. After cut-off time orders, we will try our best to delivery same day(If we can not make it, delivery will be made at next available delivery date). 5. The florist may call the recipient prior to delivery to guarantee succefful delivery. And this is why it is essential that you provide the e-mail and/or phone number of the recipient. .

6. For deliveries to hospitals, please indicate ward and room number.

7. For deliveries to schools, please indicate the room number.

8: For deliveries to hotels, please indicate room number and name of the guest(s) (group, couple, etc).

9. Delivery confirmation: We will send you email and mark your order status at our website to confirm delivery. The time of delivery confirmation should be send within the delivery date in most cases.

10. Special occasions and local holidays. In general for special occasions the cut off times are adjusted to be at least 3 to 5 days earlier. We will always accept your orders, and in most cases be able to process them on time. However, we cannot guarantee last minute orders for special occasions, and we will make the delivery at the earliest possible date. For special occasions we are unable to guarantee morning or afternoon delivery.

11. Substitution policy. Roses will never be substituted with other flowers or floral products without requesting your confirmation first. Flower arrangements are unique and handmade, so no two are ever identical. Every effort is made to fulfil your order as closely as possible to the product photos and descriptions. In some cases, local florists may not have some items in stock and careful substitutions of equal or greater value will automatically be made. We will always maintain the value and concept of the chosen product.

If an added product is not in stock with the local florist we will add the money paid for the item to the value of the flowers and create a bigger bouquet.

12. Delivery areas & price increase: Nationwide Russia. In some rare cases we may be forced to contact you and request a price increase to successfully deliver the flowers if: 1) deliver to a remote place; 2) market prices has suddenly risen. In this case you have right to cancel the order and receive a full refund

13. Cancellation policy: In the case that you want to cancel an order, you will be given a full refund if you have given us a minimum of 3 days notice before the delivery date.

If notice of cancelation arrives less than 3 days before the delivery date you may be given a refund minus 15 USD.

If notice is given less than 24 hours before the delivery date no refund will be given.

14. Quality and quantity issue: please raise up any complaint within 48 hours because of the nature of flower.

15. Gift baskets and other courier delivery orders: We are not responsible for failed deliveries when (1) the customer provides an incorrect or outdated address, (2) the gift recipient is on vacation or not home on repeated (2 minimum) delivery attempts, or (3) the customer does not promptly (24 hours) provide a corrected/new delivery address. If the transportation company is forced to return a gift to us after 2 delivery attempts for any of the above reasons, the customer will be charged for the shipping and handling as well as 30 USD for the return and cancellation fee (but not for the gift itself). Annieflower will however resend your gift to a new address at the customer's request, if the customer agrees to pay the shipping and handling charge a second time. In this case the USD 20.0 return and cancellation fee will not be charged. 16. We can not deliver to Post Offices Boxes or Rural Routes. Delivery time may be changed in remote, mountainous, or island areas.




We are not responsible for:

(1). Decreased product quality due to an incorrect delivery address supplied by the sender, a re-route requested by the sender or the recipient, or unsuccessful deliveries arising from the recipient not being present at time of delivery at the address supplied by the sender and no-call request by the sender.

(2). Product quality problems caused by improper handling by the recipient.
